Ref: 61421/APP/2025/2697 4 Almond Avenue, Ickenham. Proposal: Erection of a single storey side & double storey rear extension and Enlargement of loft space to form habitable accommodation. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ickenham Village Conservation Area).
Ref: 22819/APP/2025/2743 188 Church Road Hayes. Proposal: Conversion of roof space to habitable use to include rear dormer, and erection of front porch. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance Hayes Village Conservation Area).
Ref: 10894/APP/2025/2745 Green Side and Green Cottage Uxbridge Road Hillingdon. Proposal: Erection of single storey front extension. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of the Listed Building (s) in the vicinity of the development and affect the character or appearance of Hillingdon Village Conservation Area).
Ref: 79494/APP/2025/2160 42 Lily Drive, West Drayton. Proposal: Erection of outbuilding (Part retrospective application). The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Ref: 38940/APP/2025/2733 3 Medman Close Uxbridge. Proposal: Conversion and extension of existing garage to granny annexe (amended description) (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance The Greenway Uxbridge Conservation Area).
Ref: 9011/APP/2025/2502 Harefield Hospital Hill End Road Harefield. Proposal: Removal of existing generator and associated equipment serving Substations 2 and 3, and installation of new replacement generators with associated works (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance Harefield Village Conservation Area).
