What is planned?
Land adjacent to 1 Lea Street, Fartown, Huddersfield
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of an area of land adjacent to 1 Lea Street Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6HF shown edged red, and the granting of an easement over land shown coloured yellow that may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: H25-09), Kirklees Council, PO Box 1720, HD1 9EL no later than 3rd December 2025, giving full reasons for such objection.
