LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

What is planned?

The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited has applied for a Variation
of a PREMISES LICENCE for The Kop Bar, Anfield Stadium, Walton Breck Road, Liverpool,
Merseyside L4 0TH For the following; To amend the layout plan to show a new kitchen and
then to remove Annex 2 Condition 1 which limits the use of the premises to match days
and event days and to allow daily use subject to a condition providing that on days when
football matches or major events take place at Anfield to agree operations with the responsible
authorities. To vary non-standard timings on those days to permit on licensable activity until
01:00 the premises closed by 01:30. You can view a record of the application and make a
representation on it at - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations alternatively ring 0151 233
3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can
also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard
Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than
the 3rd December 2025 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement.
