What is planned?
NOTICE is hereby given that The Council of the City
of Plymouth pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local
Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of land at the
following location which is currently held as public open
space:
1. Land adjacent to Portland Villas, North Cross
Roundabout, Plymouth (0.111 hectares to develop an
entrance walkway/access to the west of the University.)
A plan that shows the area of land to be disposed of
coloured in red can be seen at www.plymouth.gov.uk/
aboutcouncil/legalnotices.
Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in
writing addressed to the Head of Land and Property at the
address below or sent to LAPT@plymouth.gov.uk and must
be received by the 22nd of December 2025
