The Electricity (Applications for Consent) Regulations 1990: Regulation 5 – Publication of Notice of Application for Consent under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application is being made by National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) Plc to the Secretary of State at the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989. Consent is being sought to Install an independent gantry with new downleads from the existing tower 47TB/TA15 to facilitate the connection of a Solar Farm at Church Farm, Withington. Shropshire. SY4 4PZ
The new gantry will be located at grid reference:
1. E= 357604 N= 311973
Plans identifying the proposed new gantry will be available for public inspection between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday at the following address:

SUCH OBJECTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4 weeks from latest publication. Any such objections or representations will be copied to the relevant planning authority and the applicant unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not so be copied. If there is such a request then the relevant planning authorities and the applicant will only be informed that an objection has been made but no details will be forwarded to them.
