NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
The following applications have been received by the Council:
P25/1277 – The Occupier for Variation of Condition 6 of Approved Planning Approval P03/2440 to be revised to 'Unless otherwise approved in writing by the Mineral Planning Authority, the disposal of controlled waste shall cease no later than 31 December 2025 and the site shall be restored in accordance with the details approved pursuant to conditions 54 and 56 of this permission by no later than 31 December 2030 at Himley Quarry Landfill Site Between Stallings Lane And Oak Lane, Kingswinford, DY6 7JS
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990
These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.
P25/1273 – The Occupier for Listed building consent for proposed window and door replacement scheme at Priory Chambers, New Street, Dudley, DY1 1 LX.
