What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1502/FH - DUNGENESS A POWER STATION, DUNGENESS ROAD, LYDD, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9PP - Proposed demolition of boiler house complexes, central control block and ancillary plant, re-cladding the amended reactor buildings, installation of hardstanding and weather protection structure to facilitate storage of the removed boilers, boiler drums and associated ducting and pipework.
25/1555/FH - Flat 4, 3 Grimston Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2QE - Retrospective application to replace 4 no. timber windows with uPVC windows, and proposed replacement of 5 no. timber windows with uPVC windows.
25/1914/FH - 87 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5JH - Change of use from existing flat to 3 studio flats with internal alterations on first and second floors.
25/1919/FH - Telephone Box Opposite, 67 Sandgate Road, Folkestone CT20 1RY - Installation of 1no. BT street hub, incorporating 2no. digital 75” LCD advert screens, and associated BT phone kiosk removals.
25/1918/FH - Telephone Box Opposite, 137-139 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2BL - Installation of 1no. BT Street Hub, incorporating 2no. digital 75” LCD advert screens, and associated BT phone kiosk removals.
25/1921/FH - 87 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5JH - Listed Building Consent for the change of use from existing flat to 3 studio flats with internal alterations on first and second floors.
25/1931/FH - Telephone Box Opposite, 114 Sandgate Road, Folkestone CT20 2BW - Installation of 1no. BT street hub, incorporating 2no. digital 75” LCD advert screens, and associated BT phone kiosk removals.
25/1962/FH - TELEPHONE BOX OPPOSITE 67, SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE - Advertisement consent for the Installation of 1no. new BT street hub, incorporating 2no. digital 75” LCD advert screens, and associated BT phone kiosk removals.
25/1963/FH - TELEPHONE BOX OPPOSITE 114, SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE - Advertisement consent for the installation of 1no. BT street hub, incorporating 2no. digital 75” LCD advert screens, and associated BT phone kiosk removals.
25/1964/FH - Telephone Box Opposite, 137-139 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2BL - Advertisement consent for the installation of 1no. BT street hub, incorporating 2no. digital 75” LCD advert screens, and associated BT phone kiosk removals.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
