25/00150/OUT: Stolkin & Clements (Southend) LLP: Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access for:

i. Up to 850 dwellings (Use Class C3) and the change of use of up to 2.4 hectares to education use (Use Class F1) OR up to 950 dwellings (Use Class C3). In either case, to include 50% affordable housing; and

ii. Up to 0.3 hectares of local centre and community use (Use Class E/F); and

iii. Public open space and associated infrastructure:-Land At Tithe Barn Farm And West Of New House Farm Poynters Lane Great Wakering

The above proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
