The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/25/099726/FULL Beauty Haven 123 Bradshawgate Leigh WN7 4ND. Installation of new shop fronts to front and side incorporating new timber fascia and pilasters and new external sign lighting together with new chain link roller shutters following removal of existing cladding. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
