Take notice that SJT Developments Ltd is applying to Maldon District Council for planning permission for 'residential development of up to 24 units with landscape, access, levels and associated infrastructure.' Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to:- Maldon District Council, Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL within 21 days of the date of this notice.
NB "Owner" also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years.
