(5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at Land south of Wasperton Farm, Wellesbourne Road, Wasperton, Warwickshire, CV35 8EA

I give notice that Smiths Concrete Limited has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Proposed sand and gravel quarry, ancillary offices, buildings, processing plant, and a new access road, with restoration using imported inert materials to recreate agricultural land and biodiversity enhancement works. Resubmission of WDC/22CM008 Under Regulation 25 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended)

The proposed development affects the Public Right of Way footpath(s) W101a

The proposed development affects Listed Building – Wasperton Farm House 1035123 The proposed development affects Scheduled Monument – Thelsford Priory 1013162 Details of this application (and others submitted to the County Council) can be viewed on our website at www.warwickshire.gov.uk/planning.
