The Planning (Hazardous Substance) Regulations 2015 (Regulation 6).
I give notice that Severn Trent Green Power Limited is applying to Staffordshire County Council for hazardous substance consent to store hazardous substances at Lloyd Way, off, A449, Kinver, Stourbridge DY7 6NZ. Staffordshire County Council will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Lloyd Way, off, A449, Kinver, Stourbridge DY7 6NZ during all reasonable hours until Friday 5th December 2025. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to the Staffordshire County Council Planning Department at planning@staffordshire.gov.uk by Monday 5th January 2026.
