NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 PUBLICITY FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Planning Application No - LCC/2025/0008
Proposed Development - Reconfiguration of Croston Road junction on the A582, including: Removal of the double roundabout configuration and the installation of new connected signalised T-junctions, with combined cycle track, the installation of 6no. Toucan crossings and rerouting of Centurion Way. The diversion of a Public Right of Way, construction of a water attenuation pond and landscape and ecological mitigation areas, including 2m acoustic fencing and 2m ecology fencing. Temporary soil/material/plant storage and compound areas at Croston Road junction and at a site to the east with access from Stanifield Lane. at Croston Road Junction - A582, Farington Moss, Preston
I give notice that Lancashire County Council is applying for the above development.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area, also including the South Ribble Local Plan, Policy E1(d), Allocation of Employment Land; and the Emerging Central Lancashire Local Plan (2023-2041) Policy EC4.1, Employment Allocations, South Ribble.
