Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
KENILWORTH
W/25/1252 The Kenilworth, 61 Warwick Road, Kenilworth, CV8 1HN: Change of
use from The Kenilworth Bar (Sui Generis) to one dwelling at No. 61 (Use Class
C3) and No’s 59 and 63 to a hotel (Use Class C1). Works to include internal
alteration to create 3 separate units, single storey rear extension to No. 61,
alterations to fenestration, installation of rooflights and solar panels to the rear
annexe at No. 63 for Mr D Burges.
W/25/1469/LB The Kenilworth, 61 Warwick Road, Kenilworth, CV8 1HN: Removal
of high level signage and display of 2no. non-illuminated wall mounted signs for
Mr D Burges.

including replacement of bottom end mitre gates and balance beams, relining of

Construction of a single-storey open-sided garden pavilion with associated
landscaping works and reinstatement of the boundary wall along St Marks Mews,
together with general restoration of the garden, including replacement of the rear
steps, and a replacement shed for Mrs Z Morrissey.

extension to a C3 dwelling (Ground floor flat). The works also include a new roof
with two roof lights. All materials will match the existing property for Mr W Stuart.

disintegrated sole beam and reinstatement of unstable partial structure for
