What is planned?
Proposed development at: Manor Mead School, Christchurch Road, Virginia Water, GU25 4PX
SCC Property has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Demolition of single storey classroom block and kitchen building, removal of single storey modular building and sheds, construction of a two storey rear extension to existing school building and new part one part two storey teaching block, additional access to provide new in-out access arrangement, increased parking provision, landscaping amendments and associated alterations.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
