What is planned?

Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: ZA25/27396/FUL

Proposal: Full planning permission for internal structural alterations to form first floor dining room and improvements to kitchen layout (including replacement kitchen extract system). Provision of fully accessible toilet accommodation at ground floor level and universal toilet facilities at first floor level. Formation of new internal staircase access to first floor dining room for Stonegate Group

Reasons: Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

(Amended scheme to planning approval referenced ZA24/26192/FUL) for Mr Douglass Price

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA25/27411/TPO

Proposal: Works to trees the subject to a tree preservation order

Fell 1no. T1 - Ash Tree,

T2 - Beech Tree - Crown clean and thinned by 20%,

T3 - Beech Tree - Crown clean and thinned by 20%,

T4 - Copper Beech – Reduce by 3m,

T5 - Purple leaf plum - Reduce by 4m

and T6 - Copper Beech - Thinned by 10%

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
