You can make representations by writing, telephone, email or by using feedback forms that will be provided at the consultation event. Please make sure your comments are with us by the 6th January 2026 because we hope to finalise our proposals shortly after that date.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
