PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council’s web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

25/10970 SITE OF FAWLEY POWER STATION, FAWLEY ROAD, FAWLEY SO45 1TW – Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission 24/11096 to extend the mixed use of land for haulage and B8 storage until 31st December 2027

25/10972 SITE OF FAWLEY POWER STATION, FAWLEY ROAD, FAWLEY SO45 1TW – Removal of condition 1 and Variation of condition 2 of Planning Permission 23/10050 to enable the approved temporary storage use to continue until 31st December 2027

The proposed development would affect a Public Right of Way. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. This application is accompanied by an (amended) environmental statement. The proposed development is classified as Major Development. – Re-advertised for amended plans and reports, comments to reach us by December 10th

24/11132 LYNWOOD FARM, 69 ROLLESTONE ROAD, HOLBURY, FAWLEY SO45 2HB – Hybrid planning application comprising:

1. Outline application for the demolition of 2no. residential bungalows and existing farm buildings, the construction of up to 200 homes (including affordable homes) and the creation of a primary new vehicular access onto Rollestone Road (with layout, scale, appearance and landscaping left as reserved matters).

2. Full (detailed) application for the provision of public open space and an Area of Natural Recreational Greenspace (ANRG) and the creation of a new pedestrian access onto Rollestone Road. (Amended Reason to Advertise)

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

25/10902 SHIP INN, QUAY ROAD, LYMINGTON SO41 3AY – External works to public house, including installation of a timber fencing bin store screen and lighting scheme

25/10980 COMPTONS COTTAGE, MARSH LANE, BREAMORE SP6 2BP – Rebuild chimney and extension of chimney height to 1.8m (Retrospective)

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. This application is for Listed Building Consent.

25/10981 COMPTONS COTTAGE, MARSH LANE, BREAMORE SP6 2BP – Minor storm damage repair works; rebuild chimney, reline, and extension of chimney height to 1.8m (Application for Listed Building Consent)

The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building. The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

25/10971 SITE OF FAWLEY POWER STATION, FAWLEY ROAD, FAWLEY SO45 1TW – Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission 24/10861 to extend the use for storage and distribution (Use Class B8) until 31st December 2027

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Council’s website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
