2025/3257 WYMONDHAM, Queens Head, 2 Bridewell Street - Restoration work to the front of the Queens Head.
Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,
2025/2861 & 2025/2862 DISS, 2 Roydon Road - Conversion of single floor commercial shop to one-bedroom residential unit.
Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area,
2025/3289 BROOKE, 1 Dovecote Close - Proposed single storey front extension.
Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area,

All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to: planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council's website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
