Notice is given that West Suffolk Council have received the following applications:

  2. DC/25/1715/VAR - Planning application - variation of condition 2 of DC/24/1089/HH to allow for use of amended plans for chimney, 20 Church Walks, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (C)(SLB)

Householder Applications:

In the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission for householder applications, which is dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
