Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Notice Under Article 13 & 36 Of Appeal

Proposed development at: Namco Funscape, 10 Barnard Road, Bowthorpe Employment Area, Norwich, NR5 9JB.

We give notice that Honeyview Investments Ltd having applied to Norwich City Council for full planning permission for construction of a Class E food store (Lidl) with associated access, car parking, servicing and landscaping (LPA reference: 23/0161/F) is appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision the decision of the Council.

Any owner or tenant of the land wishing to make representations about this application should write to: The Secretary of State at: Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN, or using the website at: https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
