NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 – SECTION 123 (2A)
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that North Yorkshire Council intends to dispose (in the form of a lease) of land at Cleveland Way adjacent to The Salty Dog, Cayton Bay, Scarborough (“the land”).
In accordance with the provisions of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council will consider any objections to the proposed disposal of the land which are to be received within 14 days of the date of the first publication of this notice and which are addressed to:
Catherine Moore, Senior Estates Surveyor, North Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD or by email to estatesteam@northyorks.gov.uk 
Any objections or representations made within the time set out in this notice will be considered by the Council before a decision is made.
