TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.14) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a stopping up of an eastern part width of Sansome Walk, in the City Worcester. This is to enable development as permitted by Worcester City Council, under reference 21/00916/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO7868067). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 6 November 2025.
