DISCHARGE OR VARIATION OF CONDITIONS Proposed development at Wykham Park Farm, Wykham Lane, Banbury, OX16 9UP (25/02753/DISC)

I give notice that Persimmon Homes (South Midlands) Limited have applied to Cherwell District Council on 20 October 2025 for planning permission for “Discharge of Conditions 2 (tree pits) and 4 (lighting scheme) of 22/01581/REM” and the planning permission was accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposal constitutes “major” development. Members of the public may inspect copies of:

the application and plans

the environmental statement

and other documents submitted with the application at Cherwell District Council offices, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5FD between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application are available to view through the Council’s website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/. Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is issued, therefore you are advised to monitor the application’s progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans will be posted. Should you wish to receive updates, please register online using the “Track an Application” option.

Copies of the application and the Environmental Statement have also been sent to the relevant Parish/Town Councils.
