PL/10045 Replacement residential access from B4302 and erection of container storage shed at Ffynnonau Gleision, Talley, Llandeilo, SA19 7YH for Mr Graham

The proposed development could affect a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.
