NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received the following Applications:
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Under the above Act and Sections 67 and/or 73 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990Applications affecting the setting of a Listed Buildingthe Clarendon Hotel, 8-16 Montpelier Row, SE13 HB Grade II Listed Building Consent for the Change of use from Hotel (C1) to Specialist Older Persons’ Accommodation (C3). External alterations include demolition of existing rear additions, repair and restoration of facades and windows, addition of glazed links between listed building and proposed new development.
