Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) –
Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Major development comprising proposed residential development with associated landscaping, access, parking and other works at Site To The East Of Victoria Primary School, Middlefield Road, Falkirk.
A public consultation event will take place on Tuesday 18th November between 2pm and 7pm at Steeple Suite, Forth Valley College, Grangemouth Road, Falkirk, FK2 9AD.
During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the event or by email to the above email address by the 10th of December 2025.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Falkirk Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Falkirk Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
