I give notice that Mr and Mrs Ian and Sharon Sargent

is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:–

Application Number: 25/2184/FUL

Demolition of agricultural buildings and the construction of 1no. dwelling with associated works, following the grant of prior approval (refs. 25/1094/PDQ)

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
