NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123 (2) (A) OF

THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

Land at Fairford Leys Way, Riverine Corridor, Fairford Leys, Aylesbury

Notice is hereby given under the above mentioned Act of the intention of Buckinghamshire Council to transfer an area of land of approximately 17 acres (6.88 hectares) of open space land at Fairford Leys Way, Riverine Corridor, Fairford Leys, Aylesbury by way of freehold transfer for open space land. 4 plans showing the land in question are available for inspection at Buckinghamshire Council Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA between the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Any objection to the proposed Transfer should be sent in writing to the Head of Asset Management, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF or by email to amt@buckinghamshire.gov.uk No later than 26th November 2025.
