STROUD DISTRICT COUNCIL FOOTPATH EEA 8 GREAT OLDBURY, STONEHOUSE SECTION 257 DIVERSION ORDER 2022 (Order)
In accordance with Section 257 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of February 2025 the above Order was certified that the alternative right of way required under the terms of the above Order has been created to its reasonable satisfaction. The Order has now taken effect.
