a) Variation of Condition 6 (approved plans) of 25/01172/STVAR (Erection of 600 dwellings with associated access, parking and infrastructure following planning permission 15/00305/STOUT and 22/00702/STREM and as varied under 24/02377/STVAR and 25/40013/NONMAT) to allow substitution of house types to Plots 330-412 to amend and update due to latest building regulations, amend site layout to accommodate amended footprints, omit detached garages from plots 331, 335, 336, 360, 362, 364, 397, 401, 402, 406, 409, 410, and inclusion of garage conversion to plots 330, 345, 361, 371, 372, 392, 396, 403, 405 with additional frontage parking for these plots at Land North of The Acres Rawcliffe Road Goole DN14 8JN (Ref: 25/02852/STVAR)
b) Installation of one double sided BT street hub following removal of one BT phone box at Land North of 50 Boothferry Road Goole DN14 5DA (Ref: 25/02889/PLF)
c) Display of two internally illuminated digital displays within BT street hub at Land North of 50 Boothferry Road Goole DN14 5DA (Ref: 25/02890/PAD)
Proposals (b,c) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
