NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 (3) OF THE REGULATIONS – FURTHER INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE RESPECTING ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENTS

APPEAL REFERENCE: APP/Q2500/W/22/3296831

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT FOR A SIDE-TRACK DRILLING OPERATION, ASSOCIATED TESTING AND LONG-TERM OIL PRODUCTION BISCATHORPE WELLSITE, LAND OFF HIGH STREET, BISCATHORPE, LOUTH

I give notice that Egdon Resources U.K. Limited has submitted further information to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above planning appeal. The appeal is against the refusal of planning permission by Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1YL for the above application for planning permission originally received on 25 February 2021 which was accompanied by an environmental statement (LCC Reference No PL/0037/21). From Wednesday 5 November to Friday 5 December 2025, a copy of the further information, along with the application and environmental statement, may be viewed by members of the public on Lincolnshire County Council’s website using the “Find a planning application” search at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/planning or at Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1YL by appointment only.

Members of the public may obtain paper copies of the further information so long as stocks last by contacting info@egdon-resources.com the charge is £150.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the further information should write to the Planning Inspectorate using the Planning Inspectorate Portal at www.acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk and quoting the above appeal reference, by Friday 5 December 2025.
