IP/25/00752/VC Gym And Trim Health Club Lower Orwell Street. Variation of Condition 17 (bus stop improvement) to planning permission 24/00118/FUL (Conversion and extension of building to provide 16 dwellings, with associated works).

IP/25/00731/FUL 10 And 12 West Meadows. Alterations and extensions to existing day room, and erection of single-storey building to form living accommodation incidental to existing travellers pitch (retrospective application).

Protected Trees

IP/25/00750/CALF 5 St Edmunds Place. Works to trees: Reduce Gleditsia (T1) all round by 2m; reduce Silver Birch (T2) by 1.5m all round; reduce Apple (T3) by 1m all round and reduce Cherry Plum (T4) by 1.5m all round back to old pruning cuts.

IP/25/00753/CALF 141 Norwich Road. Works to Tree: T1 – Oak - reduce height to match previous reduction (up to 5m).

IP/25/00757/TALF Amenity Land Adjacent To 28 Furness Close And Land Adjacent Stoke Park Drive. Works to tree protected by TPO 1 of 2020: T01 - Beech: Fell to stump level.

IP/25/00762/CALF 813 Old Norwich Road. Works to trees: T1 - Crown reduction of Walnut by approx. 2.5–3m back to previous points. T2 – Removal of Cherry to near ground level and grind out stump due to prolific surface roots causing nuisance.

IP/25/00759/TALF Suffolk College Rope Walk. Works to tree protected by TPO 2 of 2004: reduce whole canopy of American Ash by 30%, remove dead wood, crown raise to 2.44m
