PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT
Avant Homes (Scotland) Ltd (“the Prospective Applicant”) is holding a public consultation event in relation to its proposals at Land at Gallowhill, Coylton, South Ayrshire as described below.
Proposal: Proposed residential development with associated infrastructure, landscaping, access and parking.
At: Land at Gallowhill, Coylton, South Ayrshire KA6 6LN.
A drop-in public exhibition will take place on Tuesday 11 November 2025 between 2.30pm and 6.30pm at Coylton
Bowling Club, Hole Road, Coylton KA6 6JL.

All comments should be submitted no later than 21 November 2025. Please note that all comments made as part of this public consultation are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted, there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the planning authority.
