The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

Comments should be submitted within 21 days of this notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and submitted on-line at:

OLD BUCKENHAM Down Combe, Attleborough Road – Proposed two storey rear extension, front porch and internal alterations. PL/2025/1586/HOU2

NEW BUCKENHAM 13 St Martins Gardens – Variation of conditions 2 & 3 on 3PL/2021/0335/VAR – internal works requires insertion of gable end window, change brickwork to render. PL/2025/1028/VAR2

LYNG Northgate, 1 Rectory Road – Proposed removal of the existing boundary wall and creation of an off-road parking area and timber cladding to the side elevation and installation of metal railings along the frontage. PL/2025/1420/HOU 2
