Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Notice under Article 15 of Application for Planning Permission
Nottinghamshire County Council has received a planning application from Mansfield Sand Company Ltd -Paul Seamer. The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way.
Proposed Development: Extraction and export of mineral (Silica Sand) and associated earthworks as enabling development for a new aerated concrete block production facility with increased yard space (a separate application has been submitted to Mansfield District Council for the Blockworks).
