upgraded highway access at North Farm
Thorpe Le Street Road, Thorpe Le Street, for
Mr Richard Morley (25/01635/STPLFE)
The application is being advertised for the following
reason: The Local Authority has approved an
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) application on
27 October 2025. An EIA application has the same
meaning given in regulation 2 of the Town and Country
Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment)
(England and Wales) Regulations 2017 (as amended).
