WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/01066: Caistor: N Castle: 2-4 Market Place: consent to preserve & underdraw ceilings
b) WL/2025/01073: North Willingham: Mr & Mrs Grant: South Wold Farm, Main Rd: single storey extension & replacement windows.
c) WL/2025/01078: Tealby: Mr & Mrs Dodsworth: 6 Sandy Lane: partially demolish & rebuild chimney.
d) WL/2025/01079: Owmby by Spital: P Arden: Owmby Cliff Farm, Owmby Cliff Rd: vary conditions 8 & 11 of WL/2025/00849 – amend period of time to remove existing building & opening hours(affects right of way)
e) WL/2025/01080: Owmby by Spital: Mr T Crowe: Land adj Stoneleigh, Fen Rd: erect 2 dwellings. (affects right of way)
