The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/25/099610/MAJOR Unit 11 Ashton Grange Industrial Estate Bryn Road Ashton-in-Makerfield. Proposed change of use from light industrial (Class B2) to sui generis use involving the collection, sorting, storage and recycling of waste metals (retrospective application).

A/25/099702/FULL 104 Standishgate Wigan WN1 1XP. Replace existing timber and upvc windows with new heritage style upvc windows. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Dicconson.

A/25/099719/FULL Land To The South Of Gidlow Hall Farm Dodds Farm Lane Aspull. Installation of a glass-glazed greenhouse built on a 600mm perimeter dwarf wall. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.

The Council has received the following planning application which is affects a Conservation Area.

A/25/099721/FULL Zeera 1A School Lane. Change of use of first floor flat (Class C3) to dining area linked to ground floor restaurant, with erection of glazed side porch, new stair enclosure, and installation of side window. (Retrospective application). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
