NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development of Land East of Cockaynes Lane, Arlesford, Essex, CO7 8BT. Take notice that application is being made by Pigeon Capital Management 4 Limited and Mrs Joy Elaine Tinneveld for planning permission to: ‘Outline Planning Application (Access only to be considered) – erection of up to 100 dwellings (to include specialist housing for older people and custom/self-build homes) together with amenity space, landscaping and associated works’. Local Planning Authority address: Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15 1SE. Any owner or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
