I give notice that Bellway Homes Ltd (Kent), c/o DHA Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the reserved matters pursuant to outline application WD/2022/0294/MAO (outline application (with all matters reserved except for means of access from New Road) for up to 360 dwellings, sports pitches, allotments, open space, new internal access roads and footpaths, car parking, sustainable urban drainage systems, and associated landscaping, infrastructure and earthworks). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
