The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2025/3099 THORPE ST ANDREW, Stanton House, 29 Yarmouth Road – Provision of disabled access and parking. Additional parking spaces at front of building. New accessible entrance. Removal of PVCU infill over entrance. Provision of cycle parking. External solar protection blinds on front elevation. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2025/3153 TAVERHAM, Church of Saint Edmund, Costessey Road – Excavate and remove 8m length of existing driveway to Costessey Road and install concrete kerbs, weed suppressant membrane and new asphalt with appropriate drainage. Regulate and re-surface remaining drive using crushed stone, as per existing. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

Proposed development: Kobs Farm, School Road, Hethersett, Norfolk, NR10 4TC

I give notice that Amber Real Estate Investments (Agriculture) Ltd is applying to BROADLAND DISTRICT COUNCIL for planning permission for Part retrospective application for the retention of 12 no poultry houses following the demolition of 21 no poultry houses and associated infrastructure and the proposed detention basin and clean water tanks.
