The Flat Roofed House, Innings Road, Frieth

Replacement of existing vehicular and pedestrian access gates (retrospective).

PL/25/3661/FA CA & affects setting of LB

27 London Road, High Wycombe

Construction of an additional vehicular access including the removal of a section of boundary wall facing Stuart Road together with associated hardstanding and landscaping works to create 3 additional car parking spaces within front garden area.

PL/25/3598/HB LB

The Lodge, Rayners Avenue, Loudwater

Listed building consent for works comprising repairs to chimneys, localised repairs to external elevations and piers, porch roof repair, improvement of external ground levels including replacement hardstanding, changing incompatible internal wall finishes to a traditional wall finish and changing the internal modern concrete flooring to a more compatible timber flooring system.

Variation of condition 5 (approved plans) of planning permission PL/21/4394/VRC relating to variations to the original permission PL/21/4632/OA

Outline application for the demolition of all existing buildings and the erection of residential dwellings including affordable housing, custom build (Use Class C3), retirement homes and care homes (Use Class C2), new vehicular access point off Burtons Lane, improvements to existing Lodge Lane access including access to Lodge Lane and Church Grove, new pedestrian and cycle access at Oakington Avenue including construction of new pedestrian and segregated cycle links to Lodge Lane access points, a local centre including a community building (Use Classes E(a)(b)(e), F2(b)), land safeguarded for educational use (Use Class F1(a)), public open space and associated infrastructure (matters to be considered at this stage: Burtons Lane and Lodge Lane access) to allow for relocation of oval village green; realignment of primary and secondary streets; refinement of mass; location; reconfiguration of retirement parcel, public open space and residential parcel; and increase in height to Block D.

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
