What is planned?
The following applications have been received:-
WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P1321/25/LBC - Listed Building Consent for the regularisation of various works undertaken at 'Southerns' - Southerns, Southend Lane, Newent.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA - P1180/25/FUL - Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) relating to planning permission P1577/23/FUL to allow for slight increase in floor area and alteration of roof line to rear extension and alterations to window and door layout and proposed cladding to the two-storey side extension (part retrospective) - Woodbine Cottage, Forty Green, Lowbands, Redmarley.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above.
Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 26th November 2025. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
