THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000812/25 & LBC/000813/25 – Planning & Listed Building Applications for works to create a total of 4 new residential units comprising the conversion of the Grade II listed building into x3 three bed dwellings with internal & external alterations; in addition, the demolition of a single storey additions to the west of the listed building & the erection of a new single bed residential unit onto the west elevation with parking, surfacing & other associated works at Brynford House, 21, Brynford Street, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).

CONS/000848/25 & FUL/000849/25 – Demolition of an existing garage and in retrospect single storey front extension at Llys Hedd, Holywell Road, Caerwys. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
