25/02345/LP3 - Mowbray Park Bowling Green Mowbray Gardens Burdon Road Sunderland SR1 1PP
Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: -Proposed re-roof of building and external repairs.
The proposal also affects the setting of Footbridge over cutting between Mowbray Park and Mowbray Extension Park which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest and relates to development intended to be carried out by the City of Sunderland.
25/02065/FUL - Allotments to Rear Of 34-43 Derwent Street Easington Lane Houghton-le-Spring.
Mr Jake Berry is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Removal of 2no stables and the construction of 1no dwelling with associated detached garage and proposed works to the driveway.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
25/02364/LP3 - PS (Antiques) 12 - 14 Borough Road Sunderland SR1 1EP. Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for:- Demolition of a hipped roof structure and refurbishment of balcony below to provide waterproofing, temporary boarding of existing door and window, demolition of lift shaft projection and reinstatement of pitched slate roof, opening up of bricked door openings to west elevation ground floor, opening up of bricked windows to south elevation main entrance door and replacement of timber panelling to dormer cheeks with lead including new gutters and downpipes.
The proposal also affects the setting of Former Chapel of St. George, Villiers Street, Former school for Chapel of St George, Villiers Street, 29 and 30 Villiers Street which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest and relates to development intended to be carried out by the City of Sunderland.
25/02465/LB3 - Roker Pier Lighthouse North Dock Marine Walk Sunderland SR6 0PL Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Internal alterations to improve the ability of the use of the basement stair to include improvement to the grip surface of present stair treads and extending the handrail at the top of the stairs with additional bulkhead lamp to illuminate top landing.
The above application relates to development intended to be carried out by the City of Sunderland and relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
