REASON FOR INQUIRY - Appeal by Kathleen and Bridgett Doherty and Casey

Relating to the application to the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames for Engineering work for erection of retaining wall together with raising the land to provide effective levelling for services. (Retrospective). Erection of 2 additional residential pitches for Gypsy/Travellers at an existing Gypsy/Traveller caravan site, each with 1 static caravan, 1 touring caravan and a brick built day room at Land Rear of Kenwood Green Lane, CHESSINGTON KT9 2DS.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry in person and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
