Revised internal layout, alterations to fenestration and external materials with the creation of a roof terrace on the existing rear flat roof. Hard and soft landscaping incorporating a modified entrance access and driveway alterations with increased parking. Temporary installation of a hoarding screen and siting of a caravan to provide ancillary living accommodation for duration of works
