Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) of planning permission reference 25/1008/HSE dated 20.06.2025 for ‘Single storey front extension to provide new bay window and new entrance portico. Demolition of existing rear north west single storey element and replace with new part single, part two storey rear extension and loft rear canopy at ground floor level. Internal layout changes including formation of a mezzanine level within existing roof void. Alterations to roof including reduced front dormer window, new rear dormer window. Replacement of existing front and rear roof finishes to match existing materials. Changes to fenestration including replacement of all windows. Cleaning and repointing of external brickwork. Widening of existing driveway including introduction of new pedestrian access. New front boundary wall, piers, railings and gates. Associated landscaping and new tree planting. Unless Design variation Approved plan reference changed to 2418 TP-01 C.
