What is planned?
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
Proposed developments at Nepicar Sand Quarry, Maidstone Road, Wrotham Heath, Kent, TN15 7SR.
Nepicar Sand Limited is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for:
i.
Proposed western extension to Nepicar Sand Quarry (Application Reference KCC/TM/0138/2025); and
ii.
Section 73 application to vary conditions 2, 11, 13, 16, 19 and 21 of planning permission TM/20/2248 to amend the existing working and restoration scheme (Application Reference KCC/TM/0157/2025).
The proposed developmentsmay not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

We accept comments within 21 days from the date of this notice (27 November 2025). Please quote the application reference numbers (KCC/TM/0138/2025 and/or KCC/TM/0157/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
